Early December has been defined as the most likely opening window for New Zealand’s first newly-built Holiday Inn in over a decade, as the Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park prepares to welcome its first guests.

First announced at AHICE two years ago, the 182-room property will star in a rapidly evolving Frankton lifestyle neighborhood that includes several new hotels and resorts, residential neighborhoods and attractions. recreational activities in line with the ski areas and outdoor activities of the region. The hotel will be located five minutes from Queenstown Airport and 30 minutes from the Remarkables ski area.

The hotel will have 182 well-appointed rooms.
