Hospitality veteran promoted to Hamilton Princess – The Royal Gazette

The Hamilton Princess & Beach Club has appointed Roydell Neverson as Director of Operations.

A month into her new role, Ms Neverson is in charge of hotel operations and serves as second-in-command to hotel general manager Tim Morrison.

Mr Morrison said: “Roydell brings two decades of experience in running luxury hotels and we are fortunate that some of this has been developed here at Princess.

“She has an innate spirit for hospitality that is to be admired and the strong bonds she forms with our guests are invaluable.

“Roydell sets high standards for herself and her colleagues, which shows in the level of service and hospitality that we pride ourselves on at the Hamilton Princess & Beach Club.

“A role model and mentor to many in the industry, Roydell has earned deep respect from colleagues and peers.

“I am very proud and happy that Roydell has accepted this promotion to Director of Operations. I look forward to our continued collaboration and partnership.

Ms. Neverson’s professional history includes working in all aspects of hotel operations, including guest service, catering, rooms, hospitality and hotel management.

She holds a Certificate of Business Excellence focused on executive development from Columbia Business School in New York, as well as a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Salford, Manchester, United Kingdom.

The Princess said Ms Neverson was proud of her career path, rising through the ranks of Bermuda’s hospitality industry.

His first job in the hotel industry was as a front desk agent, before spending several years in various management roles.

She said: “I am delighted to lead hotel operations at ‘Pink Palace’, known worldwide for its history, luxury and service.

“It is a great privilege to work with Tim Morrison, owner and the whole team of the Hamilton Princess.

“I am grateful for the love and support of my husband Eddie and my daughter Ashley as I embark on this chapter of my career. I am a firm believer in teamwork and we have a talented and dedicated group of professionals. who share my passion for hospitality.

“I encourage all Bermudians to consider a career in this wonderful industry.”
