WILTON, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Northview Hotel Group, a leading private hotel investment and operating company, today announced the appointment of Lisa Marchese as the company’s first Chief Commercial Officer. Marchese brings 20 years of international experience in hospitality sales, marketing and strategic leadership. She will be responsible for all revenue generation strategies in the areas of sales, marketing, distribution and analytics for Northview Hotel Group properties.

Marchese will be involved with all experience touchpoints including Northview hotels, resorts, resort communities, clubs, restaurants, spas and golf courses. She will oversee the analysis and information of each property; increased income; product and market development; commercial, branding and promotional strategies; worldwide distribution and reservations; and recognition and loyalty.
At Boca Raton, Marchese will play an active role in the company’s ongoing rebranding and transformation of the extraordinary icon located on 200 waterfront acres in South Florida. In San Francisco, she will oversee the launch of the Beacon Grand, A Union Square Hotel (formerly Sir Francis Drake Hotel). After a complete renovation of all rooms and public areas, the Beacon Grand is scheduled to reopen July 1, 2022. At Brasada Ranch in Bend, Oregon, a Travel + Leisure Top 10 Resort Hotel in the West, she will work with the team of leadership to continually refine guest and member experiences.
Prior to Northview Hotel Group, Marchese served as Commercial Director at Fora, a London-based provider of high-end flexible workspaces that emphasizes the role of hospitality, wellbeing and services in the office sector. Previously, as COO, she launched The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, one of the most successful brands on the Las Vegas Strip. Marchese then joined The Venetian and The Palazzo Resort and Casino as Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for brand and marketing, as well as sales strategies. And at Witkoff, as business director, she oversaw the rebranding of New York’s legendary Park Lane, the opening of West Hollywood Edition, and the creation of Park Santa Monica – a groundbreaking residential project.
