Marriott International has signed an agreement with Steamships Trading Company for the group’s first property in Papua New Guinea.

Marriott Executive Apartments Port Moresby is set to open in mid-2023, as part of the capital’s Harborside South mixed-use development.

Marriott’s national debut is set to feature 88 modern residential apartments – offering the space, ambience and privacy of residential living. The new property is expected to feature one- and two-bedroom apartments with separate living, sleeping and working areas. Additional on-site amenities will include laundry services, kitchens equipped with refrigerators, dishwashers, cooktops, microwaves and ovens, and bathrooms. spacious dining rooms.

Upon opening, the Marriott Executive Apartments Port Moresby will also feature a resident and guest lounge that provides a relaxed environment for light meals, self-service options and evening cocktails.
