Quest Apartment Hotels has unveiled a major A $ 1.5 million upgrade to Quest Geelong as construction continues on a second location in the Bellarine Peninsula town outside of Melbourne.

Work on the site began in January with blocks of five apartments completed at a time in seven stages to keep the property operational throughout.

Quest chief executive officer of growth and capital strategy James Shields said Geelong was a key location for the brand.

“With Quest Geelong now refurbished, by 2023 we will have a total of 122 high quality serviced apartments to serve our business and leisure clients in the CBD,” he said.

New carpets, bathrooms and kitchens were also installed.

Quest Geelong’s real estate manager, Paris Sears, said she believes the new property will significantly improve the guest experience.
