Ryan grande was appointed general manager of Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole, effective December 2021, returning him to the five-star mountain property that launched his Four Seasons career in 2010.

Grande first spent two years in Jackson Hole as a director of housekeeping starting in 2010, before moving to the former Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver, where he worked as a front desk manager and then assistant manager. bedrooms.

In 2015, Grande was promoted to Director of Residences at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Costa Rica. He held this position for two years, before being promoted again in 2018 to the dual position of Rooms & Residences Director, then Resort Manager. As Resort Manager in Costa Rica, Grande oversaw the daily operations of the resort and was instrumental in the repositioning of the property, which included a large-scale refurbishment of all rooms, residences, food outlets. and drinks, as well as the spa.

After Costa Rica, Grande’s next appointment was as Hotel Manager of the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle in 2020, her most recent position. During Grande’s stay in Seattle, the property grabbed the coveted Forbes Five-Star Award, pledging to provide the best guest experience possible, despite difficult circumstances. Grande also served as the hotel’s Hygiene Manager, successfully helping the team navigate the evolving guidelines of the Lead with caution Covid-19 protocols.

Grande grew up in Toronto, Canada, and is a lifelong Raptors and Maples Leafs fan. He holds a Masters Certificate in Hotel Management from Cornell University and a Diploma in Hotel Management from Niagara College. He first met his wife Lindsey in Jackson Hole. They love to stay active and be outdoors, and can’t wait to explore beautiful Jackson Hole again, this time with their children: their daughter Sienna, 3, and son Dominic, 9 months.
