Virginia G. Padula Obituary – The MetroWest Daily News


Virginia G. (Kemp) Padula, 88 of Marlborough died on Sunday, September 25, 2022 at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester.

Virginia was born in Advocate Harbour, NS. Canada in 1933. Daughter of the late Edward and the late Merna (Morris) Kemp. She came to the United States when she was 3 years old. She married Pasquale “Pat” Padula in 1951. Over the years she worked in hotel management at the Best Western in Marlborough, she was Maitre D’ at Monticello and also worked as a beautician.

She loved traveling with her 67 year old husband Pat, they traveled all over the world and enjoyed sailing the Holland American Line. She was devoted to her family and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband in 2019.

Virginia is survived by her sons, Michael Padula and his partner Judy Zaniboni, Marcus Padula and his wife Donna all of Marlborough, granddaughter, Hannah and her husband Alex, great grandchildren, Graysen and Koda and nieces.

Funeral service will be Friday, October 7, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Short & Rowe Funeral Home, 95 W. Main St., Marlborough MA. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson, St., Marlborough.

One hour call will take place before the service from 10am to 11am
