IHG Hotels & Resorts and Seraphim Development have announced a partnership to sign the first Voco hotel in South Korea.

The new 280-room voco Pyeongtaek City urban resort will also be Gyeonggi-do province’s first international high-end hotel brand when it opens in 2023.

The deal marks the latest milestone for premium brand Voco, which launched in 2018 and quickly reached 50 hotels signed and opened in more than 20 countries, marking IHG’s fastest global expansion.
