A graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, Cheng is passionate about finding and securing innovative hotel investment opportunities. He comes from Evolution Hospitality at Remington Hotels, where he was Vice President of Business Development for three years. There, Cheng expanded the portfolio of the leading hotel and resort operator by raising capital, conducting underwriting and executing hotel management agreements. He also brings experience with established brands including the Hotels & Hospitality Group at Jones Lang LaSalle and the Commercial Real Estate: Hospitality Finance group at Wells Fargo Bank.
In his new role, Cheng will use more than a decade of experience in sales, finance and hotel development to support the rapid expansion of Remington Hotels. The company has steadily grown its portfolio throughout 2021 and will continue to announce new management agreements with boutique and lifestyle hotels across the country over the coming months.
Jason Reader – Senior Vice President of Operations

Reader will oversee the eastern half of the United States for the leading third-party management firm and will work closely with COO Stan Kennedy to collaborate on owner relations, brand and systems relations and overall operational performance procedures.

Keith Oltchick – Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development
November 3, 2020 – Remington Hotels today announced the appointment of Keith Oltchick as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development, further strengthening the company’s budding third-party management portfolio. Bringing over 20 years of experience and relationships in the hospitality industry to his new role, Oltchick will be responsible for the growth and expansion of Remington Hotel’s third-party platform and will support clients in acquisitions, management transitions and new construction development efforts.
